Interurban is a casual and fun concept featuring a wide variety of menu items catering to families, busy business professionals, young high school and college singles, and baby boomers of all ages. All of our soups and sauces are prepared fresh on premise; we use 100% lean ground chuck; our steaks are aged a minimum of 21 days; we fry in 100% vegetable oil and offer a variety of heart healthy items.
